Luis came today primarily to reset the unit following power outage, he noticed the unit gave a funny sound so he measure water hardness and discovered that the unit which is old,17 years of age and never been service and found out the water is harder than he expected.Luis repair and refurbished and replace the bad part .This is the first time someone check up this thoroughly.As a home owner who knew nothing about water softener do not know what to look for.We appreciate Luis who carried out excellent service today , we cannot thank him enough.We wish to have the technitian as good and thorough as Luis.We would like to vote for Luis the best technician of the year.Than you.
