We are happy with your services. The only drawback is the driver does not always get to our location before we close, forcing someone to meet them after hours. Our office is open 8:30 am to 1:30 pm CST

I like that my product is always fresh.

I do have a concern though...
Last month you came a day early w/o notification so my bottles were not out for you to take back. This month you came on time and I left all my bottles out from both months. Your driver left me double my normal amount and I had to really work at finding a location for all those big bottles in my house.
So next month I will leave out the bottles but will not need any new ones left as I have ample supply right now.

I don't have to transport any full or empty bottles at any time! It's efficient and safer than me having to carry/move bottles.

Better notification of when the next delivery is scheduled would be nice. Currently I receive an automated phone call the day before a delivery, which I don't normally pick up. I receive half a voice message with incomplete information.

Perhaps an email notification would be better.

Otherwise I love you guys!

Products are built to last. If you do need service, your call is answered promptly by a friendly, knowledgeable customer service person. Technicians arrive on time or call if they will be late. I have been a customer for ten years.

I don't have to be home. I leave the door open. They come in and provide the service, and leave. Even if I'm home, it is the same. They are good.
