Our water was checked for minerals and their levels. We were fine.
The water softener was checked and there was a lever that was in the wrong position. All the parts worked properly and the scheduled running of the softener was changed to be more often.
We are typically pleased the service. Two suggestions. First, our water seems to go from clear to brown very quickly after service calls. We would like to know if there is a better solution or if there should be routine service calls scheduled as a preemptive measure. Also, when we do service calls I do not always remember to ask for additional salt. In the past I believe that either the tech, or the office, would ask if we needed more salt and we would purchase what we need and it would be dropped off at the same time. No one asked this time and I am pretty sure we are low on salt.

Bryan Send was great to work with to determine which system was best suited for our home. The installation scheduling was very easy to arrange. Erik and another team member installed our system. they were efficient and very courteous. McCardel Culligan of Traverse City was well represented by the team.
Two members of your staff showed up on time and delivered my bags of salt. They even added two bags into the tank for me which I appreciated since I've had three spine surgeries. Very pleasant to work with it. One of the gents 'shot' my card with his phone and we were done. I have always had pleasant dealings with all your employees and we love our Culligan water.
