Good service. But I’ve requested for guys to carry salt to basement and it’s just been left on porch the last 3 deliveries. Still on porch from last time.
As I have said before, I am very appreciative to have someone take the salt down the basement stairs. As I age it gets very difficult to manage the stairs, especially with bags of salt. Also the cost is sell within y budget.

When I call, the phone is answered by a person, not automated. I get to speak to a service manager directly to schedule services in my area, not just someone taking a message. I like that there is a local office in my city. The people assigned to provide the service make contact with me which is important since my property is difficult to locate and has 2 locked gates and an unimproved road before reaching my property. And everyone is very nice and helpful.
