The service that is every couple of months could be a little better. I feel like the technician comes. Add a little salt and it's gone within five minutes. It would be nice to see that they actually maintain the system cleaning things if they need to be, etc.

HOWEVER, they don't necessarily stick to the printed schedule that was distributed. If they are going to change delivery date, notify the customer...you have my email.
like every thing about culligan products and service. I might say though sthe delivery of salt with such a big rig truck using garage driveways 3 1/2 inch pavement is a little heavy for that thickness of concrete.
