I love my drinking water system and we really love our water softener used in our dairy barn. The one thing I wasn’t impressed with was when it came time to replace the filters in my drinking water system and two guys arrived at my appointed time they proceeded to walk in My Home and not even ask to remove their shoes when they had to clearly walk over carpeting to get down into my basement to reach the filters for changing. I think as a business coming into peoples homes, they should bring shoe covers to put over their shoes when walking through customers homes. I am a neat freak and the thought of them walking through somebody’s dirty home or some public place and then coming through my home with their shoes on didn’t make me real happy. I like the Culligan products I just wasn’t impressed with that aspect of the in home visit.

I like the prompt delivery of salt and the friendliness of the delivery person.
