The Culligan serviceman George who serviced our Culligan water filtration equipment was the same person who installed some of the equipment years ago. He provided a lot of maintenance tips and was very knowledgeable about the Culligan equipment we have. I like that.

The technicians that came out to my house (Dustin & Shawn) made the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit so easy and quick. They took the time to explain the best way to care for the water softener and understand how to keep it in best functioning order.
