I had service last Friday on our Culligan system, and I left a message because I had some questions from a couple emails I received. In the meantime, I received a bill and a review online without talking to someone because it was off hours. I feel really bad because I gave them bad reviews before talking to someone. I just want to say they called me back right away on Monday and they were very kind and explained everything to me and I appreciated it very much and want to apologize. They made everything right and I want to Thank You very much for following up with me. I'm so sorry for leaving that negative feedback and it had nothing to do with the ST. Peter Team.
