My sales rep, Nick T was great when he came over, explained everything, answered all my questions, and has been super helpful and responsive when I’ve reached out with a few questions since. My install tech, Zach, was also great, he was in and out quickly, super respectful of my house, and helped point out some important things and answered all my questions. The water tastes great and I’m looking forward to noticing the differences!

I have rented a soft water heater for over 6 years, it was part of my responsibility to pay for this as a renter. All those years I was never informed that I could have Culligan come to my house and check the settings and service the soft water unit. I was happy to finally find that out.
