The new billing switchover was a bit sketchy the first two months; otherwise Culligan's service has been consistently great over all the 15+ years you've been providing water softener canisters to my home. Not only that, the cost of your service has remained remarkably reasonable by comparison to other service companies...your service in the last 15 years has increased by only $9.75. Considering the cost of gas today and wear and tear on your delivery trucks, I'd say that Culligan is one of the rare honest companies. It's a very affordable service for this 83 year old widow! THANK YOU CULLIGAN!!
