I love the convenience of having my water delivered. The customer service is great from the office staff to the delivery driver. Our delivery driver is amazing, he takes the time to check if we need anything and let us know when he will be on vacation to let us know someone will be filling in for him. We couldn't be any happier with the products or service.

The R.O. water filter is excellent. The service tech Dylan is always, courteous, on time and does a great job when he arrives for annual filter service.

I have not had a problem with either the product or the service.

I never got my statement from last month; it was paid but no email about it nor the statement from March. I recieved this month and each other ones but no emails at all from March... that is why a lower number rate now
