I've never had a more complete and thorough home inspection. Daryl doesn't just walk around the house taking pictures, he crawls through mud and insulation and investigates every beam, and every corner. I felt like there would be no unexpected surprises left if had followed through on purchasing the home. After the inspection is complete you get a very comprehensive file to review. The pictures are great! Highly highly recommend!

Our inspection sheet didn’t match what we found in our house. When trying to resolve the problem we were told that the information was told to us verbally at the inspection. We don’t remember any of it being told to us. We made our choice off of the actual inspection report which is now going to leave us on the hook for an enormous bill when we sell. Darrell was also supposed to come and see his mistakes and after setting up a time, we never seen or heard from him. I won’t recommend this company to anyone and remember. A negative experience gets talked about more than a positive one.
