Our inspection sheet didn’t match what we found in our house. When trying to resolve the problem we were told that the information was told to us verbally at the inspection. We don’t remember any of it being told to us. We made our choice off of the actual inspection report which is now going to leave us on the hook for an enormous bill when we sell. Darrell was also supposed to come and see his mistakes and after setting up a time, we never seen or heard from him. I won’t recommend this company to anyone and remember. A negative experience gets talked about more than a positive one.
