Daryl was very thorough in doing our home inspections. He saved us from buying a real lemon the first time and with this second inspection, as well as doing a water test, has made our dreams of being (1st time) homeowners come true!!!
His response time was amazing, he is very professional and the cost was within reason.

We would absolutely recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If fact, he may be getting some calls in the future from friends who are looking to get out of Lower Mainland.

Thanks soooo much Daryl...very much appreciated everything you did...even calming our nerves during the water wait etc...lol
