I’ve been with MADabolic GVL 5-1/2 years… and I’ve worked out at almost every gym/ group fitness place in the area. MAD by far has the best structure for an effective workout at any fitness level. I’m happy to see the passion & MAD culture being revived this year!!! There’s no better place to train!!!!!

Pretty much everything except Anaerobic days (jk jk). The number one "thing" I appreciate about MAD are the coaches - their knowledge, their cues, their corrections and feedback. Shortly after starting MAD I enrolled in a physical therapy program because of the feedback I was receiving from coaches. Based on the feedback, I felt something was off - yes, I need to work on my form but I felt hindered by something else. Sure enough, years of poor posture and relying on my traps had caused some tension that was affecting my mobility and inhibited my use of other back muscles. However, the biggest bonus of my physical therapy (aside from regaining more mobility) was hearing the exact same feedback I got my from my coaches in class. To me, this just exponentially increased my love of MAD. I already had confidence in my coaches but to hear my physical therapist echo their feedback, made me even more sure in their abilities to help me reach my strength goals safely.
MADabolic has an awesome environment! The fitness instructors are personable (getting to know your name, adjusting weights to support your developmental needs, etc.) I appreciate the intentionality behind each class. The music is diverse, upbeat, and fun! I really enjoy the app, and the location is great. Thanks so much, keep it up!

I have loved everything about MAD. The only unfortunate bit was when classes changed schedules. The half hour difference was just enough that it prevented me from easily integrating it into my life, so I felt like the last half of my membership was wasted. But y’all have the best trainers and GM!

I like the fact that there are different exercises in the class and that I can get a full body workout. I like that there is a rotation for what the focus is going to be weekly. The encouragement from the trainers along with them making sure that I was doing the exercises correctly was huge for me. When we were finished I felt like I accomplished something. A fantastic experience!
The structure of each workout, the people are fun and like-minded in their fitness goals. Coaches are knowledgeable, accommodating when needed, and encouraging!

I love the experience here. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. They provide the form correction that I have been lacking in other group fitness classes. Additionally it feels like a community that I haven’t been feeling like at my former gym. Everyone is wonderful and I’m so glad I’ve upgraded.

MAD is always fun and challenging and never the same. I’ve been a part of many gyms for most of my life and I always get bored or seem to plateau with them. MAD isn’t like that and you see results without having to run on a treadmill for an hour :)

Sarah was a fantastic coach. I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the gym. Everything was really clean and the equipment was really neat. I loved the pace. I will definitely be back!
I like the community, the encouragement and the willingness of the trainers to help modify for injuries.
From a former collegiate athlete, I love the ability to revisit the workouts where I felt my strongest. Even still, the trainers take the time to make sure I have the right form to avoid injury and work out the correct muscles.
