The personalized critiques during the workout cannot be beat! After coming back after being away for a bit, it was so wonderfully welcoming and made me really miss being in DC, if only for the top notch classes!
This was my first group workout class in a very long time. I was nervous going in, but Carol was so wonderful and took time to explain each of the movements to me. Looking forward to going back soon!

I like the location and class structure. The trainer was great and very helpful. I wish there was an instructor led stretch at the end, but otherwise, it is an awesome place to work out.

Sara is the best instructor! I had a great class with her. I attended during Deload week, so it was simple but effective and she provided great feedback and form fixes.

The workouts are well-designed with compound movements and enough variety to always feel fresh. Ability to challenge yourself by moving up in tiers. Friendly and encouraging staff and trainers who want you to lift correctly and succeed.

The coaching is top notch, I like the format of the workouts and the engagement of the trainer during the sessions.
1. I like the distinct M A and D workouts for their unique purposes
2. I like the dedication to proper form and the expertise of the trainers who correct mine
3. I like the music variety over time and by trainer preference
4. I like the schedule which provides several of each type of MAD workout each week and at enough times that I can find a good one
5. I like that the training floor somehow provides a team feel but also a solo one
6. I like the punching bag which most gyms don’t offer
7. I like that I can go to various locations
8. I like the core, legs, and upper/shoulder focus which balance simpler curls/bench press at home
9. I like the color/difficulty set up so I can exhaust myself and try to get my moneys worth

the friendliest gym in the DMV. smart coaches with good cues when your form isn't correct. they cue to help you not to make you feel dumb. great vibes and good music in class. classmates are there for the same reason - get a good workout in, feel good, be healthy. there is no competition during the workout, you're working for you and not comparing yourself to your "platemate". the gym is always giving the members opportunities to learn more in the fitness arena with the clinics on a variety of topics.
I really loved my experience at MADabolic!! I was scared to go because I haven't done group fitness in a while or like strength training type exercises but I felt really comfortable and supported the whole time!
