Service masters was recommended to me by rob flick who installed a new heating system in December. He said to get the old vents cleaned but the new ones didn't need it as they were brand new. The salesman came to the house wrote down every vent but said he would talk to rob and remove the unnessessary vents and not charge me for them. The person showed up. Cleaner everything. Charged me for everything and said he's never seen such clean vents before! No kidding, they'd been used for less than one month.
This was an internal mistake resulting in an outdated work order. We immediately issued a customer refund check rectifying the overcharge.
I liked the expertise of the employee that came to clean.
The servicer was a gentleman, extraordinarily courteous, efficient and responded to questions with ease. He represented your company in a masterful way. When I am ready for service again I would request this specific young man. Please give the gentleman a special happy new year and a personal thank you for the services he rendered for this house.
