I used to love coming to the classes at Copley. But since Ashton pool closed, I find the aqua fit classes (and others) get booked up in seconds - and I am no longer able to take part in the very classes I joined for. I feel there should be a reduction in my monthly fee due to this.

The big studio is great and the facilities seem really good.
Great instructors who lead fantastic classes, in particular Lisa Oldham and Krissi Bingham. Copley staff are also very friendly and helpful.
A bit of maintenance is definitely needed in the dance studio though, money was spent putting up more TV screens (for no apparent reason) but the floor remains broken and the air con is poor.
Your instructor Gaynor is fab and her classes are brill. The gym is a great place to workout as well- staff are very friendly.

Location, variety, value for money
Our 6 yr old Granddaughter loved it, and the cafe is great for snack and drinks. The staff were helpful and made the experience great 😊
Enjoy the aquafit and sauna. Staff are always busy cleaning, the changing areas are very clean .
Great building and service. The only thing I’d say is when coming swimming with my 2 year old there’s not enough room in the changing rooms and could do with more space or more changing rooms open as half are closed
They are very helpful
The lane swimming works well especially as school holidays don't affect the times it is available. I like the fact that hairdryers are available for customers use. Don't like the increase in parking charges.

I really enjoy coming to Hyde. The classes are great and everyone is friendly
l have beem with Coply for about 5 years. l have found out that the staff are very helpfull . no problems at all.
Good sized gym, plenty of loose weights, bumb bells etc even at a busy time.
Some lockers in male changing room cant be used as they don't appear to have locks.

I think the pool and staff are great, but I don't understand why soapy water from the shower is allowed to run over the drain towards the pool. I'm sure the problem must be a simple blockage - perhaps a bunding strip would help. The place is well kept, keep up the good work, many thanks, First name removed L.
