Easy to use booking online. Variety of classes. Helpful staff.

I tend to do the classes mainly and I really enjoy them . Usually do classes with Gaynor M which are great fun and there is a great atmosphere in the class but you work hard. I have also done a couple of classes with Steve Rice which have been great. There is a good variety of classes depending on your level of ability.
Swimming pool is great with flexible opening times .

Staff are friendly

I have been using your Gym & pool for the last two years after moving to Hyde. I spent 20 years + training & swimming at the Copley site.

I feel the pool & Gym facilities are on par if not better than Copley, friendly staff, very good Gym equipment & the set up for lane swimming all good.

The only negative points I would raise is the biometric thumb print system you use, can be very hit & miss. The male changing room if financial possible, could do with updating.

Overall very good experience, well done 👍.

Cathyann’s Thursday night yoga is my favourite class of the week. The perfect mixture of challenge and relaxation, with a sprinkle of humour.
Thanks Cathyann and thanks to The Hyde staff who do a great job. Especially Chris, who is always cheery and welcoming in the gym.

I only attend a Get Active Keep Fit class on Wednesday at 10.15 am and have been treated with respect and friendliness from all parties. So far I have no experience of the other services that are available.

Great place to visit, lovely lane swim pool, and my grandchildren like coming here too and love their swimming lessons.

Sonia signed me up for membership and has been so lovely and welcoming every time I have been in it is so nice to be greeted warmly. I have been enjoying the pool facilities I absolutely adored the aqua fit class with Paul although did not gel with gaynor as a teacher. I am waiting for a live active assessment as I was recommended by my dr so I will be doing more classes I am grateful that I can get advice on what is suitable for me. The place is lovely and clean the only thing that I think needs addressing is people without silver access bands being let into the thermal suite. Sometimes 3 or 4 at a time and quite loud. I appreciate that the lifeguards rotate positions and all that I have spoken to have been super friendly and accommodating as I like to do my own aqua aerobic routine mid pool in the slow lane during lane swim and they allow me to do so if I am not in anyone’s way. Such a positive experience on so many levels

I do like new machines in gym and we started to attending gym tots with my daughter and she loves it and I'm happy with the price. Thank you

Excellent activities and friendly staff.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the changing rooms, some of the shower heads not working properly and some of the locks not the cubicles not fitting properly. Otherwise everything else I use are ok.

I only use the early bird swimming sessions but these are perfect for me!
I have used both Dukinfield and Ashton pools which were both nearer for me but I find Hyde perfect!

My first time doing the Zumba class on Monday, loved it. Staff very hrlpful

We used the sauna and steam room. It was excellent. Shower is good too.
