Sam in La Plata is awesome. I think her best asset is she listens. She listens well. She hadn't done my hair before and Kim B. showed her and told her how she had been doing it for years. Unfortunately for me, I can't match up with Kim due to her other responsibilities and schedule. So what does Kim do? Identifies who can cut me and offers advise and guidance to Sam. Sam watched and listened and can now knock out a quality flat top with the best of them. That's the quality service I expect and receive. Products? I have a flat top and skin fade. Not much on products!! Kim is QUEEN but Sam can be the Princess anytime. Sam works her butt off and is VERY mindful of what is happening in the store at all times. Kim...I'm not even going to say. Last time I gave an honest review of Kim I lost her to a supervisory role with you guys. Here's my review of Kim. She is not very good at all...Kim B. is flippin' AWESOME!!!

Taylor was awesome first time being there and I have recommended it to friends and family I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. Never been to a place that had a massage chair for washing my hair after working with kids all day it felt great.

Everything Sportclips has to offer is absolutely amazing. The environment, quality products, great customer service, and extremely talented stylists. What I like the most is that it's not somewhere you go just for a hair cut, sometimes I go just for the hot towel and a wash after a long day, always does the trick. I have recently been going to Sam at the La Plata, MD location. She's very gifted and always does exactly what I ask; moreover, she has a wonderful way about her and can put a smile on your face even on the bluest of days. Highly recommend!!!
Well Sam 8a by far the best hairstylist in years. Its a guys place. And they do great and the wait time is minimal
I find the stylist frendly, courteous, and competent. I usually bring in my father who has dementia, the stylists treat him with respect. Getting a hair cut is the high point of his month.

Friendly and for the most part quick service
All of the staff is courteous and greets everyone who enters the shop. The stylist take the time to get to know the customers and build good rapport. It is just a good all around atmosphere.
