Friendliness and speed of service
The hair stylists are very informative and utilize great selling strategies to make the client feel appreciated for the business which makes me feel even more comfortable and receptive to new products as well as receiving particular services. I really like in particular the shampoo and hot towel, but what's also very inviting is the products the stylists have for immediate use for me as a client to see how well the new product works. To be completely honest it's the people piece that the staff brings to the table, truly making a personable connection with each client and executing amazing selling strategies.

attention to detail. personal touch: i.e. hot towel during hair shampoo, very nice. No wait when I went. That is awesome. The no waiting and having a cutting professional ready to go...is how I decide on where to get my hair cuts. Also, knowing that I can come back for a complimentary neck clean up is comforting.

I've been going to Sam since she was at the Waldorf location. It's sad to see her leave but at least she's not to far. She cuts my hair the way I ask her and ensures that I'm satisfied with it. My kids were going to the Waldorf location. One time one of my sons got a Mohawk. I guess it was crooked and my wife asked the stylist to cut It in a straight line. The stylist told her it was straight when it wasn't. After that incident both my sons now go to another shop.
I came in at 6pm on the dot, I was informed that this Sports Clips closed at 6pm but the manager Kelly said that she would take my son, Robert in for a hair cut. This was the day before school started and I needed to get my sons hair cut. Kelly went above and beyond to help, and explained to me all of Sports Clips benefits, products, and specials. She carried on a conversation with my 7 year old son and made him feel comfortable. He really liked Kelly. My son wants to go back to get his hair cut in the next couple of weeks! Kelly is a great manager. Thank you so much!
