The stylist, Sam, was able to fix a poorly done cut on my special needs son. The first stylist, Tricia, was not open to discuss the cut beforehand and proceeded to use the number one clipper on him right above his ear. Once we mentioned it was way too short she proceeded to do an identical cut on the other side and then moved to the number two clip. My son was clearly upset. He had visible patches on the back of his head when I finally asked another stylist to please take over, which she happily did. What happened next surprised us all. The stylist, Tricia, was visibly upset and standing behind my son, she threw the comb she was using, past my son's head, into the mirror area where it bounced off and rested on the floor. She then proceeded to stomp off into the back area of the salon. I was appalled at her behavior and reaction as was the stylist who completed the cut.
I will return to see Sam in the future but someone needs to address the problem with Tricia. We have used this store many times since it opened last summer.

I like that you can walk in and that there is not a long wait, or we have been taken immediately. The stylist is always in communication with the customer regarding the cut. Explained the products available and what she used during the haircut.

I've been a customer of the LaPlata store since it opened, getting my hair cut every weekend as i'm in the military, and she is absolutely one of your best! i wish she worked Sundays as that's when i'm usually there, but i'm thinking of changing my routine to Saturdays.
