I like the fact that I can be open and honest regarding my weight loss/health challenges, and the sales associates are supportive and knowledgeable instead of dollars oriented and judgmental...I stay longer, and ultimately buy more with that approach! : ). Trent in the Fayetteville Arkansas store is an amazing "coach" for me, and I would like you to pass that on to him.

The friendly an knowledgeable staff that attend us and gave us good feedback to our questions. The gentleman let us know of sales and programs that are offered. He was patient to assist us with me having to translate for my husband.

I have not had any in-store experience, as the closest store is at least 2 hours away. (A Little Rock location would be great...just sayin'!!!) I can say that everytime I have called the Fayetteville store, the guys there have been very helpful and have answered any and all questions that I have had have.

The employees were very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. Because they did not try to push anything on me, I actually bought more than I expected or intended, but it's all products that I need, want, and will use. Also, the two gentlemen listened to what my fiancée needed (due to medical/dietary restrictions) and sought out products to suit her. Then they opened one to give her a sample to make sure it was something she would like. That is service you don't find often anymore.
