Last night 5/23/13 at around 6pm I went to the Fayetteville Arkansas store seeking information about the refirm system, the sales associate was GREAT to work with he answered all my questions and was VERY friendly and knowedgeable about the product. The customer services is great. When you walk through the door the consultants are very quick to find out your progress. They then see what you are wanting from your body and try to help you receive that.

I have not been in your store. My only contact has been by phone. I talked to Matt at your Fayetteville location, he was very knowledgable and did not hesitate asking the right questions and giving confident answers. I called to ask about the Refirm Success Pack. After getting advice from Matt, I decided on Mancore and Smart Smoothies for my program. I plan on dropping by your store on my way to Arkansas from Oklahoma. Heard about your products on the radio.

What do you like about our in-store consultation and/or product experience?

I went in to find out about the product Refirm that I had been hearing about on the radio several times. I talked with Trent Hill and I had several questions about the product and he seemed very knowledgeable about it and answered all my questions. He also suggested a Protein Supplement (V-Core Vantage) that would help give me a lot of protein while taking the Refirm. I bought both the Refirm and the V-Core. Trent also gave me his email and told me I could consult with him anytime I had any questios.
The only complaint I would have at this time is the shaker container I got to mix the V-Core in does not seal good around the top and when I was shaking the drink it leaked out and got on my clothes at work. Other than that no complaints. Great instore experience.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful in listening to what we were looking for to help us get what we needed. They gave us a free water bottle and a mixing cup for shakes.
