The Fayetteville AR store has a gentleman that works there who's name is Trenth and he is very helpful and knowledgeable on products and knows me by name and the exact products that I replinish every month (6 or 7 items) when I walk in there which is just once a month. He should be considered a VERY VALUED associate.
Reps seem to know quite a bit about what a product does and WHY it does it. Helps give customers more confidence in the product.
