Our sales rep. Blake Buchanan does a great job. He is very responsive. Provides solutions and quotes very quickly. I have requested a lot of information and components from the Hydradyne Team and they find what I need and have it shipped to me ASAP.

I have been using Hydradyne for many years and mainly due to Ron Holcomb who is my salesman and who is outstanding.
In recent months to the present, the hose and fitting side of HH has really taken a turn for the worst. HH pricing on parker is no longer competitive in hose and fittings and the service for providing hose and fitting kits is totally non existent. I do try very hard to find good in the hose side of your business but right now, it does not exist.
The "will call" at houston could be better as well. Wait times are not good at all.
As far as everything else that Ron provides as well as superior service, I personally am very happy and HH is doing well for us with the exceptions stated above.
As long as Ron Holcomb is our salesman, I will do business with him. He is a great gent and provides exceptional customer service.

They are a great to work with and will go out of their way to help you. If they don't have what you need, they will get it as fast as can from another branch. They keep you informed on your order and when you will receive it.
