The carpet were thoroughly cleaned. There was no pressure to buy other products.
The negative was we were notified less than 24 hours before our appointment that carpet needed to be vacuumed prior to them arriving. The competitor we used before vacuumed prior to starting their process. It would have been a bit more convenient knowing that when I made the appointment 2 weeks before.

The carpet cleaning was done very professionally. He provided helpful hints as to “after care”, that is, the use of ceiling fans to promote drying of the carpet. This was very helpful.

Reasonably priced. No harsh chemicals. Everything from upholstery to tiles comes out fresh, sparkling and clean. No puddles or buckling rugs left behind.

I wish I had a before picture for comparison, the results are amazing! Stains that our home carpet cleaner could never remove are totally gone! The technician, Colby, removed the stains throughout the house.

I can’t say enough good things about Colby! His knowledge of carpets, stains, odors and attention to detail made all the difference in the outcome.
