The technician, Ben, came as scheduled. He was friendly and professional. He explained what would be done and the charges. The work was completed timely and the finished product was great. Drying time was as stated; roughly 4 hours. The carpet looks great and it is not hard under the feet.

I had my tile clean two yers ago and it looked brand new!! Carpet was cleaned yesterday and Mike did a great job. I had I had all my carpet cleaned and one area rug. Bad stain came out of my of my half bath carpet. Good service, quality work

Colby did a great job carpets clean within an hour. Carpets dried quickly too without residual cleaning chemicals on the carpet. The carpet feels clean and fresh and I’m glad I added a sanitizer since there might have been pet mistakes that I missed over the years. I will definitely use Zero Rez in the future. I liked how thorough and effective the cleaning service was. Zerorez cleaned our 4,000-square-foot event space with commercial performance carpet and removed most of the spills, food stains, and heavily tracked-in dirt. They even pulled up a surprising amount of dirt we could not see beforehand. The team was professional, efficient, and left the carpet looking noticeably cleaner, brighter, and refreshed.
