I love that I was provided a free mat and a free towel my first class!. I don't like that I wasn't given two towels my first time to put down on my mat. I was slipping around and it made the class less enjoyable. An additional free towel would have made my first class more enjoyable.

I really like the instructors (they are all incredibly friendly and open to discussion after class), sonny and dannie are my favorite. I really enjoy how your location offers boot camp classes now, I enjoy alternating yoga with high intensity cardio, it's getting me into shape much quicker than if I had only been going to yoga.

Atmosphere in the lobby is always upbeat and alive. It's nice to have the choice with 3 studios available.

Great instructors, especially for intermediate to advanced yogis: Tabu, Katie B, and Aron are just a few of my favorites. When I am not feeling up to an advanced class, the location has 3 separate yoga rooms so there are a wide variety of classes and levels available.

I loved Andre's class!!! Very positive energy and I loved all of the inversions :-)
