My closest CorePower location is Pacific Beach. However, I prefer Point Loma because of two classes: Tabu's C2 class on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings, and Katie B.'s C3 class Wednesday nights. Tabu is an incredibly talented teacher - he is charismatic, demonstrates excellent yoga choreography, his dialogue with the class runs in a continual, smooth flow with vivid descriptions of muscle focus to develop technique, as well as encouragement to always push ourselves harder. It is obvious that I am not the only one who feels this way as these two classes are always packed. I have taken classes at most of the San Diego locations and have gone through Teacher Training for C1 in Del Mar in 2014 and I have to say that Tabu is my favorite teacher. I really feel like I am constantly improving my yoga practice.

I am grateful for the expert, caring and creative teachers, who do and strive to live the many benefits of yoga from the inside out. I like the variety of classes and the wonderful black tag events that help us build a strong community and advance our practice. Marissa and the other support staff are very accessible, knowledgeable and supportive. Marissa is exceptionally in tune with the many yogis and their unique needs and does all she can to encourage, support and enjoy each of us and build a strong community for all.The studio is always clean; offers a variety of products - practical and joyful. We are blessed to be part of this community.

The instructors are the best! I usually pick out which class I'm going to plan to attend based off of who is teaching it. Aron is the best! I love his attention to detail with how he conducts his sculpt class.
