love core power. I have taken almost 1,000 classes over the last 10 years at core power.
constructive feedback - sculpt classes - too many of the teachers keep the heat on and don't open the door. I would rather turn the heat off, open the door, and work us harder. I want my muscles to be challenged, not my heat capacity or my oxygen deprivation capacity.

I have been to 4 classes at the Point Loma studio and so far I love it. All of the instructors have been pushed me to my limits and encouraged me to preserve. I have left every class feeling empowered and much better than when i first stepped on my mat. I love how challenging yet restoring the classes have been and I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in trying yoga.

Facilities was spacious in the studios. The men's locker room a bit small. The teacher was very good and she was smooth in her transitions made it an easy flow to class for me.. thanks
