As for sculpt, Steph M, Jaclyn W, Kate Mo, and Jen R all have phenomenal energy and teach wonderful classes.

never a Yoga class taker before, I took your free week. I am hooked.
However, I visited Chicago for my birthday and you gave me a one free day during August so I went to the Chicago Buck town studio. I liked it better because the instructor' pace is a bit slower, giving us the time to adjust the poses and hold them. The hold them is very hard. I hardly sweat ever. I took two cases in Chicago, I was drenched after. Loved it. And felt it more in my mussels.
The teachers are always cheery and push you during sculpt even when your tired they help motivate you to keep going.

Downtown has always been my favorite location, I drive in from the western side of Plymouth just to attend class; best instructors, studios, clothing selection and overall space / environment.

I love the energy, the people, the MUSIC and the Core Power Sculpt class I did this past Saturday was AMAZING. Its been 10 years or so since I've done a sculpt class and it kicked my butt...! Come to find out the instructor is leaving...she is very good. Loved her confidence.
It's a good high-intensity workout where everything else leaves the mind and works and stretches other joints and muscles that my other workout days don't get.
