Downtown CPY has amazing teachers. Music is always up to date and have many options for class times. Honestly the only thing that is hard for me is how hot the smaller yoga studio gets during sculpt.

I have only been to one class, but I got a great workout and felt welcomed by the staff. It's also very convenient to my place of work which is awesome.

The teachers are much more challenging than other studios I have attended. The challenge makes it worth the one hour time commitment. The studio is spacious and has a diverse student population. It feels like a community.

Variety of classes is great -- instructors are so positive and fun

The location and environment is great. The only thing I wish was different is the parking. We already pay so much to be a member another 4 dollars everyday to park.

I thought this was a great C1 class.The pace was great and the instructor really took the time to breakdown certain postures. She was also actively going around the room and making adjustments when needed. The temperature was spot on too.

This place made me appreciate the concept and the enrichment of daily practice. The teachers that have amassed at this studio who I saw there on an almost daily basis inspired me and triggered to take new paths in my mind outside of compulsive habit and helped me expand my body, my spirit, my outlook, and also my yoga technique. The teaching I was lucky enough to recieve is still vividly present in my daily practice and life. This studio is invaluable to cultivating a yoga community in a young and fast paced world that might overlook the practice of yoga otherwise.
