Downtown has the "zen" factor while still providing a challenging physical experience. Other studios feel like a bar/ nightclub. Appreciate the yoga feel of downtown. Best instructors, nice spacious locker room, clean and welcoming.

The really good instructors and the friendly vibe make Core Power what it is. I especially like Bengi's and Jaclyn's sculpt classes and Molly and Mariel's C2 classes. I wish they could get Kate Moret back and other high energy sculpt teachers.
