I loved the downtown Minneapolis location. I really enjoyed the C1 class, it's nice to get reminded of some of the reasons behind certain poses. Overall I had a great experience.

I love the class flow, it is fast enough to get my heart rate up which I appreciate as someone who wants cardio in a workout. I also love the fact that the teachers a great to remind the students to be present and to do what is in your practice :)

It was my first time at core power yoga. Katie took the time to explain where everything was and the layout of the facility. She was also a great teacher--explaining moves and adjusting positions accordingly.

I found the staff to be very helpful, the studios clean and well kept, the locker room clean and bright, and the atmosphere to be calm and steady.

I love the multiple class offerings so early and late in the day. I can always find a class that fits my schedule. The yoga instructors are the best and give wonderful assists.

I'm a member based in Colorado so I love the option to visit studios when I'm traveling, too. The downtown Minneapolis studio was very nice and the instructor, Ryan, was super welcoming and made me feel right at home.

The fellow that signed me up and checked me in was helpful and had great customer service.
I like the fact that you have lockers and showers but not that you have to pay for towel use.

I love the clothing choices and the instructors at this location. Wonderful people and wonderful studio.
