Love the classes and the instructors. Music is key in the sculpt classes and they are always good soundtracks at Grant. I enjoy that there are showers, Qtips and hair dryers. Hopefully the lockers in the women's locker room can be fixed soon!

I love the classes. I wish Parker had more classes around 330 or 4. Also. . Although I love the hit classes. .my y husband didn't like them. Do yiu have any classes that aren't hot?

I LOVE the bootcamp. I had participated in a bootcamp at another studio and this one is SO much better.

Sculpt- Its a full-body workout;the heat coupled with a mix of strength, balance, and cardio awaken the body to perform during the 60 minutes, and leave you feeling agile and energized for the rest of the day.

I like the location, and instructors. I also like the retail store in front. I have bought a few yoga pieces there. Even once got LULULEMON stuff on sale.
I am new to yoga but was interested to find something with less impact and an emphasis on feeling better. Both mind and body wise. I found it! I was then blown away by the workout itself. I've never sweat so much in my life and I leave feeling absolutely great. Thanks guys! I'm hooked.

There is always a class no matter what your schedule. The instructors are consistent in their approach and the more experienced ones combine spiritual and physical.
Everything except the membership dues. The rates are too high. You can join a gym for $99/mo. and that includes all gym equipment, pool, sauna, spin classes, yoga, and group exercise. I think customers would be more satisfied with a lower BlackTag membership fee. $140 is too much for young adults to pay.
