The pace and difficulty of sculpt
Excellent atmosphere and positive vibe. Also great music selection which always helps!
The teachers are really excellent. My only 'issue' with the grant studio is that class sizes are never capped, even when they should be. There needs to be more 75 minute sculpts on the weekends. Also, the facilities just seem really gross and never cleaned compared to all the other studios I've been too. The showers and bathrooms are always disgusting.
Great variety in teachers and classes. Some classes get a bit full though and that is at times a nuisance.
I feel welcomed no matter my level but also know there is room to grow and improve. Class times are also usually convenient plus the location is great and close to my apartment!!
The ladies at the front desk were especially nice and helpful. I like that the locations are similar/consistent in their look and feel.
The teachers are great and the atmosphere is fun, healthy, clean, zen.
I love the studio as a whole. Occasionally, the flow moves faster than I would like but it's a great studio for putting in work and pushing it.

I really enjoyed my first class at CPY this past Sunday. The staff was extremely friendly, informative, and nice. I'm so happy I found a yoga close to my new place within walking distance. My Sunday class helped me take my mind off my move and refresh for the upcoming work week. I'm looking forward to many more classes :)
