The 'yoga sculpt' and "c2 yoga" products have been very effective getting me in superb physical condition. The detox/sweat factor is an added benefit, which increases my overall energy and skin clarity. Sculpt and c2 mix well with my overall exercise regimen, which includes running and weight lifting. I like how the instructors put a lot of effort into their classes to make them challenging, fun and inspiring. Its a true talent they possess. I mostly go to the Grant location for yoga sculpt with Amanda.

I came in for a C2 drop in class, I haven't taken this class before and I felt like I was able to keep up. Felt the burn the next day for sure and it was great sweating it out to awesome music! Thanks again!

I'll stick to reviewing the class I attended yesterday. The instructor, Tonya, had a very nice manner and taught a nicely balanced class. I would come back and recommend Corepower because of excellent instructors like her.
