Jeremiah was an amazing Yoga Instructor. He had such an understanding of the poses and really has a passion for yoga and instructing. He explained why every pose was important and helped each of us along our own yoga meditation.

It was a challenging work out, great change of pace.
Saturday 10:45am C2 was excellent! Grant St is such a nice studio. Parking worked out well, so that's a plus. Only suggestion is turn down the heat a smidgen, especially in the summer. The teacher is really good and her flow gets heat going anyway. Added heat isn't really necessary. But I understand that's the CP model. Great teachers!

Rebecca is amazing!! I gave it 9 bc 90% of the time the studio is hot enough. Sometimes the instructors don’t keep it hot enough.
