A lot of companies sell you a product, then when you require service it is difficult to get it repaired or replaced.
Four Seasons is right there and even provides on site service, saving customer numerous small trips to repair minor issues that invariably occur with any product that is loaded with electronics, plumbing, heating, a nd is driven on our rough Canadian roads. Their service department is polite and always there for you. I've purchased several RV's and in future I cannot see myself ever going to another dealer.
