We bought a used trailer last year and it had many problems that hadn’t been dealt with before we got it home , but between last summer and this spring , they came and got all things working , so now we are enjoying the trailer

Anytime I need information on anything to do with my 5th wheel they respond back.
The service people do good work and provide information on maintenance to me, along with the person who sold me the trailer and showed me the operations of the trailer. All in all great people at Virden Four Seasons!
If I require a product they provide it or let me know what product to use.
This allows me to enjoy the 5th wheel as I do not feel stressed out about anything.

My issue was attended to very quickly. Your service technician was very courteous and friendly. The technician assessed the issue and tried to fix as best as he could. I had other questions, not related to my original issue, and he answered those also.

When we bought our new fifth wheel in 2018 your sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! The person who did our orientation was top notch ! Overall our buying experience was awesome!

The repair person was friendly and reviewed what he did to my camper. Repair department reached out to me to set up a time to repair, I did not have to chase anyone to have the repairs booked and completed.

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Four Seasons Sales Virden. Sales people were extremely helpful and willing to negotiate.

I absolutely love our 2022 Jayco Jay Feather Micro 166FBS, it definitely suits our needs better than our previous Jayco trailer which was also very nice.

Four Seasons in Virden, Sales, Service and Parts departments have all been extremely helpful, especially the Road Service staff who are able to come right to your campsite or property to fix problems.

Occasionally emails go astray but otherwise the follow up and follow through has been great.

I definitely recommend Four Seasons in Virden.
