We had an electrical issue with our toy hauler a week prior to leaving for Sturgis.. a tech was out on Wednesday and made some repairs and had to order a switch but things would function till we got back...on Friday another electrical issue came up, unrelated maybe, I don’t know.. called service and they had a tech there pronto... problem solved and we were gone right on schedule... 100% satisfied

We purchased a 2019 Keystone that had a tremendous amount of issues which made us dislike the new fifth wheel. Our dealer could tell that it had way too many issues and offered to exchange it for us. The new fifth wheel had a few issues but nothing major like the other one. Your service guy, I believe his name is Peter P is extremely knowledgeable & friendly.

What makes Four Seasons stand out from the rest is that they genuinely care. There is ZERO sales pressure, they work with you to find that perfect coach...and there is a HUGE variety of coaches!! The service department is exceptional, they are a wealth of knowledge and more than happy to assist with any questions we have. And the finance department is bar none the absolute best to deal with. It seriously is painless. You are met with a warm reception right from the moment you walk through the door, to the moment you drive your rig away, and it doesn’t stop here...the warranty service they provide is unheard of..if you’re within 500km, they come to you!! We love that everyone here works as a team. We live in Central Alberta and just purchased our 2nd unit from this dealership. We would not even consider going anywhere else!!
