Top notch
Have very nice trailers and offer good deals. Really like how they go through the trailer with you after you buy it. We are from Alberta and had an issue with our fridge and the help we received was fantastic. We were a little Leary on what would happen on warranty for trailer being that we are 11 hours away and can’t just take it back. No need to worry we took it to our RV mechanic and they looked after it with no problem.

We bought our camper last year and to be quite honest have been very disappointed in the quality. They just don’t make them like they used to. Having said that we have had to deal with the service department on numerous occasions and these people are awesome!! They can’t help how the campers are built but they sure can fix them. Can’t say enough good things about the people we have dealt with in parts and service!!! Have always been impressed with the repair people that have been sent out to help us. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons especially for their service/repair!!

We really like the products and service. However, I believe pre-delivery inspections should be better. Our trailer had no battery in it when we got it home, battery leads not connected to trailer. Furnace front not attached to furnace. I called the dealership and mobile service fixed it all but more care should be taken before units leave dealership
