I think the quality of the Service Master work and employees is very good. I would not hesitate to recommend you to any individual or business. We have a number of different SM employees sharing tasks and perhaps there could be some improvement in providing more uniformity in understanding of requirements from one person to another. But, this is a difficult thing to accomplish and actually on the whole I think you do it quite well. I commend your supervisory people and your workers.
They do an excellent job! We used ServiceMasterhave in the past, when our contract was up we tried other cleaning services and were very unhappy with each one. ServiceMaster set the standards high, the others we tried could not match the quality of cleaning that ServiceMaster does. There employees are very professional and courteous, a pleasure to do business with!
Good quality and great service. Any requests that have been made throughout our contract have been met and changed, if necessary. Very good customer service and follow-up.
Frankly, the cleaning is not even average. You can do better by cleaning better, everything appears to be done in a rush resulting in sub par cleaning.

Our Company stays with ServiceMaster because of their commitment to their customers. They have always been an easy company to work with. They respond to our requests and go above and beyond.
When supplies arrive i would like the cleaner to take the time to put them away rather than leave the boxes stacked in the bathroom. The last 2 times supplies have been delivered, i have reorganized their work shelf and put everything away. Our bathroom is public and i do not want customers or my staff having to navigate around boxes and the supplies when needing to go in there. also, dustine could be a bit better as well as vacuuming.
ServiceMaster management periodically reviews the work done by our janitor, I receive a copy of the evaluation, their standards are higher than mine, which means that I don't ever have to think about or worry about the cleanliness of our offices.
I like the communication between the company and the people doing the cleaning. Our office is cleaner now than with our previous cleaning service; even my staff noticed!
