Consistent quality, very few issues.
Be more consistent. Usually everything is great, but sometimes the outside trash is left overflowing or there might be dust left on counters. overall, great job!
I feel services have declined as time goes on. I have noticed that things just aren't kept as clean as they were in the beginning. Floors are not cleaned per the contract, such as vacuuming and mopping. The cleaning is adequate but we were hoping for more consistency.
You do a good job in general and respond to my concerns promptly.

Consistancy in the cleaning and walk throughs. Bathrooms generally have room for improvement.
Cleaning has been very irregular since the fall. I've had a lot of issues with the floors not being as clean as they should, chairs not being pushed in. Sometimes the areas that ServiceMaster cleans look great, but other times they look like people were in a hurry and forgot to clean or finish cleaning areas. These issues have been brought up, but the service is still inconsistent.
The ServiceMaster team delivers what they promise. What stands out for me though is the pleasant, courteous attitude they maintain no matter what the circumstance.
I do not need to supervise the cleaning staff and know it will be done.
We just love the friendly people in the office and with our cleaning lady. The staff here just love her, she is such a sweet heart! She does such a great job of making sure our church is nice and clean for Sunday Worship.
I think everything we have asked has been performed well and the staff members I have met are very proffessional great people.
We constantly have to leave notes around the office to clean items. Especially the one bathroom that we have.
We have to go over and request attention to the same cleaning issues on a regular basis. I'm not certain we are getting appropriate staffing for the size of our facility.

We like the fact that ServiceMaster oversees the cleaning of our church. We are not responsible for staffing, etc. ServiceMaster has been an excellent company to have work for us.
I usually don't give recommendatios to others on service companies...seem's like it changes the expectation level. You've done nothing wrong.
One issue has been the regular turnover of staff. Just as someone gets to know the building they are gone. Conversely, Jeff who has been with us for a year and a half keeps getting better and better. Also, I think initial training and on-going supervision could be better. In my opinion, new cleaners need clear, explicit training on the most efficient and effective way to clean all spaces. Supervision could also be more regular and effective. Finally, regular communication between supervisor and church staff helps maximizes effectiveness and helps everyone feel more like they are on the same page. None of these are difficult issues; all in all with some fine-tuning, I think we'd be close to a 10.

Timely and professional
Staff turnover is a problem -- since we starting using SM we have had several cleaners, each less effective than the last. Training seems to be spotty, at best, and I don't always feel that we are getting the best value for our money.
We receive a good service for what we are charged. Particularly, I appreciate the way the supervisors inter-act with me as a customer.

a.) Crew is on time, does an excellent job, and willing to work around activities if needed.
b.) Office staff is friendly and helpful; responding quickly to any questions or requests.
c.) Broad scope of services offered beyond basic cleaning services. Staff offers suggestions and seems ready to help meet our cleaning needs.
d.) Surveys such as this demonstrate that a continuing partnership between companies is more important than just getting the contract and doing the basics.
ServiceMaster is extremely reliable. You do a thorough job and we can always count on you!
I have never been asked for a cleaning service recommendation. It's unlikely I ever will.
