Great American sales several brands of quality RV’s, but Grand Bay’s best products are the folks that work there. This is the best bunch of folks at any kind of dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From our great salesman Danny Tabor to Molly in finance and to the great group in the service department this is a great place to do business with. We just purchased our second camper from the Grand Bay store and if we decide to make another purchase this is definitely where we will be shopping. Great job crew!
I am so happy to share the wonderful experience I had at Great American RV in Calera Alabama. We started with the kind lady at check in. Steve then put us in a golf cart and showed us the vehicles we asked to see that met our specs. Afterwards we had a relaxed chat with Steve and Larry at which point we agreed to make a purchase that very day. No camper in stock, but they took care of all the paperwork and our unit was delivered to the dealership the next week. Saturday we had an appointment to do our walkthrough and training session with Andrew. This was done with humor, professionalism and at the pace we needed to understand everything. We also met Quilla who manages the service department. Quilla set up our 90 day checkup.
Everyone we interacted with was personable and professional. We were given many pointers based on their personal experiences. I would recommend this location and the people without reservation. I look forward to working with them throughout our RV journey.

It's a great team of staff who works there. Honestly I don't know where to start, because everything was great about my experience there at Great American RV. Ben took his time and made sure that I was sure about making the right decision and that's a plus... Juice made sure that I knew everything about my purchase... They're great! David and Braylen were extremely helpful with explaining all my needed repairs and conducted themselves very professionally and in a timely manner.
The service department is awesome, but I will admit charging 400 dollars to replace a fuse in a refrigerator is high! It took that long because of a design flaw where the refrigerator had to be fixed to not move while traveling. I could go on more, but 200 dollars a hour for some things is ridiculous, in my opinion!

Service department employees were super nice to me as well as the other customers there. They found a major issue with my camper and fixed it after they explained the issue and how they were going to fix it. I was thankful they did such a good job inspecting the camper . My service was done in a timely manner. I called to make the appointment the week before and they got me right in the next week on the day I requested and the time frame I ask for. Everyone that works there that I have encountered have always been super nice to me.
THEY WHERE REAL HELPFUL SALESMAN WAS GREAT .THE BOY THAT WENT OVER CAMPER WAS GOOD .HAD BAD SERVICE AT ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR STORE CAME BACK TO MISSISSIPI AND PAID 520.00 FOR THEM TO GO GET IT AT THE SAME PLACE THE MANGER WAS UGLY TO US AND WE LEFT
