The service department is awesome, but I will admit charging 400 dollars to replace a fuse in a refrigerator is high! It took that long because of a design flaw where the refrigerator had to be fixed to not move while traveling. I could go on more, but 200 dollars a hour for some things is ridiculous, in my opinion!

Service department employees were super nice to me as well as the other customers there. They found a major issue with my camper and fixed it after they explained the issue and how they were going to fix it. I was thankful they did such a good job inspecting the camper . My service was done in a timely manner. I called to make the appointment the week before and they got me right in the next week on the day I requested and the time frame I ask for. Everyone that works there that I have encountered have always been super nice to me.
The sales staff and the service team are doing an amazing job ! They have taken great care of me assisting in the shopping / purchasing process , always very knowledgeable on the products and very professional . I have already recommended Great American to several people !

We bought a 2021 Forester. The RV was exactly as pictured in the ad. We drove 3 hours to the store to meet with our sales representative, James Whatley. The staff is exceptional. We were greeted promptly at the front door and James came right out to meet us. James showed us the RV, answered our questions and pointed out many features. The service department found some issues and arranged to have them repaired. James went above and beyond to make the delivery of our RV convenient for us. Would recommend this store. 10 out of 10!
Updates
I really like and appreciate the constant updates on the repair status of our RV. Things may get delayed due to parts availability, but Alex updates me so I can plan around when parts will arrive.
