Was provided friendly service and updates throughout the progression of the project. The employees were very dedicated to their work and took care to ensure leaves and grass did not leave imprints in the newly poured concrete as they had to deal with light winds.

During the estimate, Brian was able to explain the project with terms and analogies that I understood and could visualize. I didn't think it matter, however it was important to him that I understood what I was getting done. I had other estimates planned but decided to cancel them. It's most important to get the job done properly. The coolest part was that he never tried to "sales pitch" me. His experience convinced me before I heard a price.
Project manager was knowledgeable, professional and personal. Also, helpful. We felt comfortable working with her and she understood our vision.
