I have a lot of all kinds of work to be done on my properties and need a good company to do the work at reasonable prices. Last year I had a roof replaced & found some companies wanted to charge me about twice for the same job, same materials & the one I chose did a great job. My son-in-law lives in WV and found Home Advisor found him some good companies that were very reasonably priced. I do not like paying for a company in CO to "bug" me because they are eager to indirectly make money from me. Some days I have received 3 e-mails from them. I recall when we used to get the Penny Saver, you had a lot of ads for doing different home repairs, so again I do not want to go to CO for local work. I don't mind telling you, at 80+ I am still working. My properties are considered single family "starter " homes, and are lead paint free. I will not be doing anything now until my taxes are filed unless there is such a thing as off season lower pricing.
