The front porch looks very nice but the frame around the door is separating (nails are coming lose) after a couple of weeks. It has been reported to my sales rep but I have not been put on the schedule for repairs. That's disappointing. Now I'm inspecting the whole project, in the event something else comes lose. Its detaching. It makes me question the quality of the materials.

Dave Collins, Project Manager was professional, polite and thorough. He explained what the next steps would be. He gave much to think about and review.

Although our meeting was 4-5pm, he arrived quite ahead of time. That lets me know that promptness is a priority with Beltway Builders.

Overall, the workers did a great job pressure washing my home. And, a decent job sanding/staining my deck. The deck wood wasn't in great shape to start and care needed to be taken to clean it. I was told by the sales rep that only a light pressure wash would be done and mostly sanding to preserve the aging wood. However, the workers overly pressured washed the deck which chipped up the wood a lot. Then lightly sanded it. I could have paid much less if I had just used a company that only pressured washes decks. Additionally, the sales rep said that he would have workers drop off some extra stain but it has been 3 weeks since job was completed and I've received yet.

We appreciated your quick response and like Dave Posner a lot. He was very pleasant and responsive. Our problem right now is that we are on a fixed income and were pretty naïve about what the costs would be. Right now, we're trying to figure what we can cut out and we want to get a least one more estimate.
