Dear Chris et al, I did not intentionally desert you. I had a brief hospital visit and since then have been involved with visiting nurses and seeing doctors. I apologize because that did not preclude my finding a minute to let you know what was going on.

Glenn Strunc came to my house to see what work I wanted done. He was very professional, he listened to my ideas and answered my questions. He told be about Beltway Builders and how it is your employees, not subcontractors, that would do the work. This was one of the most important points he could make to me. The next day, I received an estimate detailing the work to be done and the total cost.

I am waiting for other estimates but Glenn made me feel like I'd rather do business with Beltway Builders even if the other bids are a little lower.
