I appreciated the call and offer to come earlier than the appointment time, I appreciated the on the spot estimate and the detail regarding the proposed work.

I have one other company providing an estimate this coming weekend and I’ll then make my decision.

I just signed the contract, so the work hasn't started yet. Chris was great in explaining everything. If I didn't understand the first time, he would take the time and state it again until I did. He was professional and courteous. So far, so good! BH

Bob, your project manager, was professional, courteous, and patient. He explained the process in great detail and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable since this is the first time I've had to deal with insurance claims.
